We do not offer returns or refunds. Exchanges only.
EXCHANGES
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We may require photographic proof and/or return of the damaged item. Our exchange policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your delivery date then we can’t offer you an exchange. You are responsible for return shipping. To exchange your product please contact us for the address.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with label(s), stickers and/or QR code still attached.
